San Francisco's iconic landmark and one of our favorite sights on a clear day. The best viewing spots for the bridge are from the trail along Crissy Field, China Beach, and the Land's End trail.
Did you know that San Francisco's Golden Gate park is home to 6 bison? California Academy of Science (where we met!), De Young Museum, Japanese Tea Garden, Botanical Gardens, and Conservatory of Flowers are all also in the park.
This area is usually crowded on weekends, as there are a lot of tourists, street performers, variety of seafood, and other things going on. However, the sea lions are a neat feature of the city and can be seen lounging around on the pier.
SF MOMA reopened in 2016 to be one of the largest museums of modern art in the world.

If you'd like to tour the old prison, make sure to book your tickets a few months in advance! Otherwise, takings the ferry from Sausalito will give you a nice view on its way to San Francisco.
One of our favorite hidden gems for Russian food. The bakery has been serving San Francisco since 195.

Located on the penthouse floor of the Intercontinental hotel, it boasts a spectacular 360 view of the city. Come here at 4PM to watch the sun set and grab a cocktail.
